Refund policy

I'm afraid due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds.

Prices for all commissions are explained prior to the commencement of your order and at that stage, I do ask if you are happy to proceed. Please do get in touch if you have an issue with any items as we are happy to resolve any issues.
