Pretty little festive scented hanging hearts are stuffed with the scent of Christmas here in my cabin! These make lovely teacher appreciation gifts hung over a bottle of something chilled. The lavender stuffed hearts are decorated in a variety of ways - some with monogrammed initials, positive messages & images synonymous to the schools.
I'm a prolific make do & mender and make these from offcuts of school uniform from my cushion commissions. I wanted to make Christmas decorations that make the house smell & look lovely so I stuff these decorations with clove and dried orange peel. Non-Christmas ones are filled with lavender from my mothers garden!
